hi can anyone give me advice on first step to take to get help being as i cannot get out do i contact my gp who when i first went to him with virtigo symtoms did send me to get my ears checked which were fine put me on beta blockers which did no good and said all he could do was offer me group therapy which was about 5 or 6 six years ago and now i do not go out at all if someone can give me advice on best way to get help thankyou niece

Welcome to NMP. I would call your GP and explain you cannot leave your home and see if a doctor can come to your house. As I understand it under your healthcare system sometimes healthcare givers do come to the home. Calling your GP would be a good place to start. Everyone here will give you the support you need.
