hi im niece im not sure where to start i am feeling very anxious about taking first steps into what if i try to get help i wont be able to go back and i wont be in controle as i am not going out and have made myself and others think i am happy with that but if i dont follow with how i feel now i never will do anything but i dont know where to start

i have not been out of my house for about five years due to what started as virtigo attacks i have made my family think and myself that i am happy as i am which i have been fooling myself into but things have happened recently to make me think im not but am very scared to start the ball rolling
