anyone get this help please

My PA start with a acre in my arm then i feel very nervous (like when you are in the dentist etc) then get tension in my jaw and start shaking, all the time i waiting for something terrible to happen. Im having just loads of PA today (please read my post what a night) so i supose that is why, but i feel with all the upset and stress of this week plus my normal anx im doing myself real harm... im scared and upset, Gotr my gp tommorow and my cpt next week wish it was today help

My left arm is constantly achey, right up to my shoulder and it is horrible but I have come to the conclusion that is just just stress/tension.

Hope your PA dont last to long.
