Hi all,

Just curious if anyone else feel constant pressure or tightness in their chest, and throat/neck... Im sure its just a sign on stress and tension.
If so, how do you release the tension?

Hope everyone is having a good day.

Hi Twinkle,
I've been reading through the site and there is a lot of information on this. I tend to get this a lot, it might have something to do with bad asthma as a child. It is most likely a symptom of stress, try massaging your neck, or even better get someone else to do it for you. This seems to help for me. I also take off any necklaces i'm wearing, and undo any tight buttons. It passes if you try to ignore it!

good luck

I have a tight chest most of the time, it only goes when I am VERY distracted which is not very often and when I am asleep. I know how you feel! Mine is the feeling like you have been running for a while and you feel the need to cough! So annoying...hope that you find ways of making yours feel better...someone suggested to me luke warm water sipped x

Hi

When I get this at times I tend to go jogging or swimming and it takes it away.
