Hi folks,

This morning feeling like a clever clogs having had a nice day yesterday I began to think of thoughts that made me anxious, places, feelings, bodily sensations etc. I did this conciously, in fact I felt very positive about this...............what happened.........yep, you guessed, the anxiey feelings began to rise above a comfortable level. No so cocky now I am thinking.

We run a kennels and had to see someone for them to collect their dog. More anxiety loading.....................so I end with a question??

Conventional wisdom suggests to work thorugh panic/anxiety at its peak! I begin to question this as this resensitizes nerves, so then should we only attemp something challenging when our confidence is higher?

You thoughts please folks?
