Please describe your depersonalisation/derealisation

Hi guys, can you describe how your depersonalisation and derealisation feels? I think I suffer with this, but its hard to tell. I may be confusing it with the lightheadedness feelings. Can anyone find a good way to describe it?

Best way to describe it is....

- Feeling like your on a bad drugs trip.
- Nothing seems real everything seems like it can just float off
- Someone can be speaking to you, but you feel like your not listening and just trying to keep sane....

these are my main ones.....please look up the Constant derealisation thread a few pages on, some great info their and tell me if its like that. i suffer with this too and its absolutly horrible. but it will go eventually
