hand shakes

Hi

For past half hour my hand and arm has been really shaky. i was trying to take a pic on my phone but i couldnt hold it as hand shaking so much.

Its really worrying me.

Does anyone else get this. Im thinking all sorts :weep:

Don't panic, this is a classic symptom that most of us get. I was trying to write out a thank you card and my hand shook so much that I had a long line going down the page, I had to get another card today and this time my husband will write it for me. My sister also gets this, it happens quite ramdomly and can last for ages.

It went onnfor ages. Its still slightly shaking if i hold something but not as bad.
