new strange feeling

i feel terrible feeling my feet anf fingers feel really cold and its making me panic big time dont know what to do never had this before

Hi, you are not alone I have this a lot. It might sound silly but I use a hot water bottle - it not only gets the circulation back it also covers up the funny feelings. I don't know what does it though but at least you know other people get it too. I hope this helps.

thanks mave guess ive just been siting around a lot today which may not help, im so used to getting hot this is new and really freaked as its new in my feet although i ve had it a little before in my fingers
