having a rough day

Hi all, had a water infection for past week & then started on some tabs & they were great cleared it up, stopped feeling sick, stopped tummy pains & stopped me weeing every 2 mins. I stopped taking them last night & today, I woke up feeling lousy! I have very bad runs, feel sick & have tummy pains. I am also 2 days late on period which is very strange for me & I keep getting a funny twitching feeling in centre of chest. Feel like I have had a drink or something which I haven't done for 2weeks. I had a curry last night so I am guessing thats why got poorly tum but feel really really weird to be honest.

Just feeling really down. :weep:
