what do you do to calm yr nerves and do we really have to take medication for anxiety and dizziness. my doctor keep on giving me beta blockers (antelolol) making me feel even scarry that i hv high blood pressure. do i really have high bp or what, why must i take betablockers. he say to proterct my heart and brain to avoid stroke and heart attack. when i hear that, i feel so so sick and useless.he keep on increasing my beta blockers dosage. and give me librax.(should i take librax at night). i wish i can control my sickeness naturally and not taking medication, can I? or is it better to just take medication?
