Hi, I'm new here!!!

My name is Lucinda, I'm 17 and i've had panic attacks for nearly 3 years now. I've had counselling, taken all the medication you can and had CBT but nothing seems to work.
Family don't always understand whats happening and they can get very impatient with me and just want me to stop everything as if i'm completely in control of whats happening, so it can be pretty lonely at home sometimes.
but anyway just looking for some advice and people to talk to in a similar sitution!! :)
