ANXIETY?

Hi i'm matt i'm only 18 and i suffer from some strange things for example i cant breath some times and i need deep breaths or it feels like i'm going to faint i also get quite light headed and feel drunk? the doctor told me it was anxiety but i think it's something else does anyone else suffer from this can u reply please i need some advice, this happens at random times to can occar any time of day?? i'm really worried x

Deffo Anxiety i have been feeling like it all day but because i have had a dr's appointment, now i have been i feel o.k again.. :)

If your doctor has checked you out and said it is anxiety, then that is what it will be. The way that you describe it are the classic signs.
