Newbie saying Hi! :)

Hi All,

I'm new. :) My name is Louise I'm 31 and I live in Liverpool with my 2 daughters who are aged 8 and 4 and my partner.

I had Postnatal depression with both my daughters and I'm just starting to feel a little bit more like myself although I have my off days with anxiety, panic and agoraphobia. I will post about it in the relevant sub forums.
