I'm new here - just thought I'd introduce myself :)
Im a 19 year-old student in the UK, studying a four-year art degree. I have suffered with depression since I was 13 but recently (more especially since starting University) my anxiety has become incredibly bad.

And then I found this site!
It's such a relief to know that I'm not going through this alone :hugs:
