I get pins and needles in a couple of fingers on both hands and in part of both feet. Seldom does it last long or do all four have pins and needles at the same time. I know this is a anxiety symptom but my anxiety level has been pretty good for a week or so but these symptoms are here. I am trying not to freak out but I thought these symptoms only occurred during an attack. Thanks
