Last Night Scare

Morning all,

Last night I was feeling absolutbly fine when all of a sudden out of no where my chest felt quite tight, like it was being squeezed and a bit painful. This was accross my chest in line where my heart is. this lasted for about 5 minutes and happened about 9 times within this period.

Does anyone have any idea why I would have got this? and do any of you experience this. It was quite intense. I wasn't feeling anxious or anything???

Also in general I am having wierd chest pains most days, they are not to bad but still make me worry.

the same happened to be but it went on for minutes. I thought I was having a heart attack! I got out of bed panic stricken and got a load of rennie down me, took paracetomol and sipped warm boiled water. I thought then it could be muscle spasm? I am very anxious and depressed at moment though.
