Sweet. Ive been there this morning, and i put on my relaxation(i was on the bus when the panic hit) and started deep breathing, please please read about the breathing, i never used to be able to go in through the nose and out through the nose but i can now, even though personally i prefer to breath in through the nose and out through the mouth, if you practice enough it does work i promise you.
You can spend 10 mins every few hours practicing this and it does have an impact on you,
