again out of sudden i felt so tense, stressful, anger and so tense inside of me, then i got angry and impatient out of sudden while i am talking to my husband like arguing a bit of something, my head felt so tense and pain. then after a while i feel so dizzy light headed and can't control my head, like everything is going to tumble on me, and when i lie down i feel more tense and scared and sweating. what is this, hwy is it happneing, am iso stress. but i do have some hormone problem, like heavy menses that been cleared up and i am taking noriestherone tablets to control my bleed but still today i am bleeding again, today bleed alot and now it stop, could all this symtpom is cause by my hormone or anxiety or panic atack, i am so confuse now , don't know what to do, how to relax if all these come at once?
