I think i know what u mean. I take this as i cannot have a period naturally as i have polycystic ovary syndrome. It can also work the opposite way and stop u from having a bleed too, u just take it for a diff amount of days. What was it u wanted to know, if i can help i will.

Hi, do you mean norethisterone? A type of progesterone treatment. If so I have taken it. It didn't make me feel unwell at all, but I did have a really heavy bleed after I stopped taking it. No problem as long as you are aware or it can be a bit of a shock. What have you been given it for?

its a mini pill used for contraception u yake every day with no period but will get 1f u stop takin them

sory i meant norethisterone, i hv been having haywire menses like 1 month did not have menses then have menses for 3 weeks so i see doc, he gave me norethisterone, and after taking it i stop bleeding, then 2 weeks later i bleed again, doc gave me progesterone injection and it stop bleed and am still taking norestheroine and it bleed again now doc don't wqnt to stop it , he say let it flow so i am having heavy clotting bleeding now, i am suffering badly. i am having bad headache could it due to hormone? is norethisterone a contrapetive or is it a progesterone?

is it true taking this pogestin can cause heart atack thrombo, stroke breast cancer, i am so scareed. i am treaed for very heavy long bleeding. becos to heavy bleeding i am anamiam so doc put me on this. any info on ths
