hi just want to say how encouraging this website is, i thought i was alone but i know im not, i stated having anxiety about 5 weeks ago after a car accident, after 2 weeks i went to the docs, he put me on anti deps cant remember the name i was ill with them only lasted a week, now on prozac 12 day today, ive been struggling but im sure i will get there.:scared15: im really scared tho.

Hi Lynn,

Welcome to NMP. Many here will understand how you have been feeling and will give their support. Sometimes with meds they can make you feel worse before better but hang in there. It takes a few weeks then they kick in. Sorry to hear about the car accident, hope you didn't get hurt. Glad you found us.

has anybody had a problem with there eyes my pupils seem a little smaller since the anxiety started, doc said it isnt a problem so went to opticans they chqd me out, im diabetic so they chqd my screening and they said there are no problems and to stop wo:unsure: rrying but its not that easy.

My pupils are something that stood out for me quite early into anxiety. not sure why as never really noticed them beofre so don't know why suddenly started panicing that they looked different!
My doc and neurologist checked them out and said they were fine, If optician has looked at them and said yours were fine then you will be ok.
