Tention headache and lots of dizzyness.

Hi all,
Ever since my husband started work on monday i have had aufull constant dizzyness with headache.
The dizzyness is really scaring me anyone know how to shift it?:weep:

hi ther mate,from another lady who suffers from migraines and tension headaches due to anxiety and get alot of dizzy feelings which are scary!!i try my best to talk myself out of a panic attack but does not always work!! hope u feel better sn hun xxx:bighug1:

I had that forever, mine shifted to the back and legs now. I think wherever you put your focus on, like if you walk a lot it will shift to those areas. Mine shifted when I put stain on my back for two days :( :( it's better then the head but still realllly sucks because it hurts like hell.

also, You can control some of the head dizzyness. Focus on things instead of letting your head do what it wants and take deep breaths to relax when you do it.

well been to the dr's and he said i have an infection he gave me pills and i think there helping.
