panic and anxiety attacks

my name is precious and i suffer from panic and anxiety for 3 years now.... try lots of things to recovery but i am still trying.. right now i am not on meds and dont want to be on them..

I am sorry you have panic and anxiety. I suffer from panic and anxiety, it's awful -I am not on meds either and I am hoping I can avoid them
I have been trying lots of different things and somedays are good -some days aren't but I am getting there and you will too
Just remember you're not alone and you have a friend !

Interetsing posts, I suffer with anxiety and take meds but only been on them for 8 weeks. I did not want to take them but thats another story. I want to go down the alternative route. Have either of you taken meds?
What do you both take now?
Any advice would be great.
