Hello All,
I am Amit , I am new to this forum, I was searching on google for information regarding Panic attacks amd I found this website, It is wonderful, so I thought I should also join, share and get more information.
I started having panic attacks in Oct 2004. It just came out of blue to me, and it was a big shock, never expected that I can have a panic attack. Always, in a cheerful mood. I use to do lots of physical activity, but now I realized, panic attack go beyond that thinking.
I had 2 medical checkup for myself (my BP started to shoot up due to the Panic attacks), before my mind was able to understand I have panic attacks. Worse thing is that my parent still does not understand my problem. They just keep on saying stop worrying and that why I am so irritated & angry with them. I was in such a state that my G.P had to start me on medicine (Paxil), Now I am slowly trying to get off the Paxil, I have started Yoga, Meditation & swimming to help me. Slowly life is gettnig back to normal ( long way to go) but some time I still have chest pain, pain in jaws, neck pain etc., but I am trying to manage the pain with relaxtion.
But the most annoying part is the Ringing/buzzing effect in my ear. If some body have any suggestion, how to reduce/minimize the ringing/buzzing effect in ear, I would definitely appreciate it.

I think, I am going to be few member who are from USA in this Forum. This web site is really wonderfull. :)
Thanks,
Amit.

Your anxiety is the human representation of the pictures that you paint using your many vivid colours of revolving and reoccurring thoughts.
