Im so down my panic attacks and anxiety attacks came bk in sept was awful had all sorts of symptoms come feb was feeling myself again working p/time. Then 3 weeks ago they come bk:weep: :weep: so tired of this its like il never get my life bk. Ive tried everything meds,councilling,herbal remendys my last hope is hypnotherapy hoping that works

It's awful when a relapse happens i am having 1 at the Mo, and no matter how much i tell myself " This has happened before i can stop it again " it is really really hard and i still find myself convincing myself it's other stuff...Hope the hypno goes well i have also just started with Hypno so fingers crossed x x
