hi guys
i havent been on for a while cos ive been feeling ok
so i just wanted to post to say there is hope i never thought id feel better i was really low and my anx was bad but now im on meds and getting there slowly
someone really helped me and pointed me in the rite direction
unfortunatley this person isnt friends with me at the moment but i hope that changes soon
im a lot better than i was and i never thought id get here
