hi everyone,
just wanted to let you all know that i'm back - have been in greece for over three weeks with no internet access... got a bit hairy at times!
it was weird having to deal with my anxiety without some of my crutches and i struggled a bit. but there were certain moments where i had to deal with it by myself, no meds to hand, no safety nets, that taught me that i can cope, i won't die from panic and that it's mainly in my head.
also, one of the main reasons i went out there is that my aunt is currently losing a battle with cancer - it has pretty much invaded her whole body and there is no turning back. it made me realise that what i suffer from is tiny in comparison.
doesn't change the fact that i'm up at half three, on the verge of panic, lol!
