oh what a night

last night was my worst night ever. i had a really good day but just as i was going to bed my heart started racing, i felt like it was going to pound out of my chest. i automatically went into full scale panic as i had never felt this before. was up all night throwing up, shaking, worrying, crying. also sitting waiting for it to happen again.

i thought id had palpitations before but i have no idea what this was.

i was terrified :weep:
