Can anyone tell me if my bp ok its reading 109/69 pulse 80

Hi Anx Mum! :)
You sound like me worrying about blood pressure.
The normal pulse range for an healthy adult is anything between 60-100 beats per minute apparently.
109/69 is a healthy blood pressure I would say but then I am not medically trained. Its not a high blood pressure reading, which is a good thing.
I have been good not using my blood pressure monitor but I may get it out now and just see what mine is....:doh:
....Just tested and my bp is 94/51 and pulse is 60.

Hi there, I dont have a blood pressure monitor but checked my pulse there and its 71, and your bp looks fine as it's not a high reading so I wouldn't worry, hope that helps a bit, take care xx
