aaaargh i need some relief from this throat thing

i have lansoprazole tablets as the doc thinks its lpr (reflux)
not sure if talking on the phone a long time last night has worsened it but it really feels like i am being strangled today and i cant stand it.

is there any chance it could close up, coz thats how it feels, will i be able to breathe?

is there anything i can do?

please if anyone has any ideas :hugs:

hi its a normal anxiety feeling youve got the more you panic the worse it will get but it def wont close up i get this sometimes trying sucking some halls that works for me

Hi,

This is the main symptom I get when I get a bout of anxiety. It feels scary like someone strangling you so I know how horrible it is, recently I had it for two weeks constant and soon as I realised it was anxiety and not dangerous it disappeared overnight so just try to roll with it and it will soon pass :)
