syringe?

Does anyone feel like someone has got a syringe and sucked every ounce of energy out of there body?Its extreme fatigue.I have a hard time accepting that anxiety alone can cause this and not something else!

it is def anxiety that causes this is ometimes find it an effort to pick a book up even its a horrible feeling but it wont hurt you

I feel like this at the moment, i want to do things but it's like my body is saying "NNNOOOO, you're not doing anything". Some days i am good other days not. Yesterday in the sunshine i got so much done, today with it raining, i feel like sh*t, maybe it has something to do with the weather!!!!
