Dream, dream, dreams

Hey guys.

Oveer the last 2 weeks, i seem to be waking up about 5 times a night and then struggling to go back to sleep again which is very annoying! also i can remeber every dream i have in a night when i wake up. which is quite scary because i remeber about 8 dreams, and feel like ive done a full days activities before i even get out of bed.

anyone elseget this?

Not every night Lawton but yes, I dream very vividly, and get this sometimes. Sometimes meds can make this worse; don't know if this is the case with you or not?
