Hi I'm fairly new to this forum i just thought i would say hello to you all and i hope that i can give you a little advice as well as me receiving it. I have had anxiety for a few months (confirmed by the doctor) but it comes and goes and i sometimes come to think is it anxiety or not? so i will be greatful of any advice on any issues i might leave. I hope this message is ok. Thanks for listening (or should i say reading).

hi for sure and welcom, I hve sufferd anxiety and different phobias and fears for many years (on and off) but have had some realy good years of life too and I often wonder is it realy anxiety at times as the feeling ill can be so real. take care and welcome, Vernon
