strange mood swings and panic

Today Ive had strange mood swings, and panic-the usual...am I going mad/intense fear.
Im wondering if I have depression? When I feel like I do now it feels like strong fear of my own feelings,and that I am fighting with my own mind.
Please post back, any advise is appreciated.

i get this alot.its soo annoying. Because i can be distracted by somthing...talking/movie/music etc. But as soon as that thought comes into my head......i hate it! i cant stop thinking about how scared i am about what im feeling. And then i start thinking im talkingto myself in my head , am i going mad? and what happens if i let these feelings come out what will happen.....and then i get realy scared and thats it....panic attack or high anxiety all night or rest of the day.

its horrible and it scares me so much, I just wish it'd go away and I could be my normal self.
