Feeling very odd today

I feel really strange today...moreso than usual...I dont know if its all the worry about the fact I have a hospital appointment on thursday coupled with this swine flu worry...

I have been feeling very cold (cold hands & feet all day) then I get these random hot flushes especially over my face. I've been getting quite clammy too. My stomach keeps randomly jumping around like im too nervous and I feel very lethargic.
Of course now worried its either HIV/Swine flu...:wacko:

Worry and anxiety can make you feel dreadful and I bet that is why you feel odd today. Try and distract yourself; have a bath or watch a good film. I play the games on here and you soon lose yourself in the addictive games!
