Hi Everyone... newbie here.

I can't believe it's taken me so long to find a site like this. I am 30 years old and suffer from anxiety, depression and panic attacks and am currently taking Citalopram. I've been off work for three months and have just gone back. This seems to have just added to my worries though.

The people around me try to empathize but don't really understand what i'm feeling or going through. I felt as though I had no one left to turn to. I can't believe no one who has tried to help knew about this site.
