View Full Version : News from the hospital....
Ok, so I have just had a letter (How quick was that!) from the University Hospital with an appointment at the Thoracic Pre-Assessment Clinic...to check me out in preparation for my op. This is for next Thursday, 7th May and will take about 2 hours.

Thanks yet again, Everyone!
Sounds a bit heavy duty....lung functions etc. but I think it's great that they're so switched on.

Hi All
Now I'm not sure what Thursday is all about, because I have been called into my local hospital for lung function tests on Tuesday!
Obviously all to do with checking me out for upcoming surgery.
I also got a certificate off my GP, who mentions Lung Neoplasm...of course I googled, and although it's also another word for cancer....it does say that it can be benign too. I actually read quite positive things today!
Oh, and I don't have much stress/anxiety at all, thank goodness.
Have a good weekend, everyone! Try and chill a bit.
