Having a bad day today. Last night i got myself in a real mess, crying and panicking and it became a cycle until i was completely exhausted and just didn't know what to do with myself. Eventually i went to bed but i had obviously not fully recovered because i woke up this morning upset again. Now i have just had the worst panic attack i have ever had. Just wanted to get all that off my chest.

Thanks for listening.

Your anxiety is the human representation of the pictures that you paint using your many vivid colours of revolving and reoccurring thoughts.

I think it was my Mum she said if i didn't get out of the house it was going to ruin my life and i wasn't going to do anything and i just lost it. I think because she said aloud what i was thinking i guess. But i just panicked, it did manage to pull me out of how i was feeling before though i feel much better now.

Thats a pretty good trigger ..

Have you registered with No Panic's telephone support recovery group. They can do wonders with severe agoraphobia

Maxine's cbt progress. (http://www.nomorepanic.co.uk/showthread.php?t=2308)

Maybe Mum needs to understand some more about it all herself. You can print some pages off from here to help her.

I'm sorry to hear you had a bad night. It's strange how the people we care about the most have the ability sometimes to say that one thing that can trigger anxiety.
I hope you are feeling better now and that the rest of your day turns out great :)
