I have just noticed a pattern emerging with my HA; I have realised that the few days before my period is due I am far more anxious and tend to have panic attacks whereas the rest of the month my anxiety is at a manageable level. Anyone else get this? I'm just interested to se if there is a link between hormone levels and anxiety...
