Hi,

Im new, i have lots of phobias, OCD, and fear of holidas / travelling.

I thought it would be best to say hi and introduce myself.:yesyes:

Im 25, live in sussex, have had phobias / ocd stuff / aniexty since 15. My panic attacks started at about 17.

I get better then worse, it seems to go away then comes back somewhere else! - as i get older i am seeing how my life is quite restricted and that makes me feel sad....

It would be nice to talk to people with same things, my friends dont get it really.:hugs:
