I feel theres no help out there this site has been a godsend. Dont think doctors really understand hand over pills and send u away when every day is a struggle. Get so angry when doc says theres a waiting list for 3 months i understand other people have this but 3 months is no good 2 the suffer thats why i have decided 2 go 2 hypnotherapy private im really hoping this helps me.

There is something else you may want to consider..

No Panic run a telephone recovery course that is done over 10 or 12 weeks and is very good. I have done it twice now and it does help.
