I know exactly how you feel, My Anxiety seems to be Going up & Down aswell...At one points I can actually say to myself "Its nothing, dont worry about it your fine" and Belive it.
But a few hours later that exact same thing has got me scared to death, just to calm down again a bit later...

Its really weird, and very anoying...But atleast we should be happy that we've got some time to relax & feel good, while others dont even have that bit of rest..
