Heavy burning stomach pains

I dont really know whats going on..
But my stomach is hurting alot, it started last night, I had a bit of Cornflakes (Meusli) Before heading for bed, and about 30 minutes later the pain started, its mainly in my lower stomach, and it really seems to depend on my position, some hurting more then the other...I've had this pain before, but it went away. Now I finally managed to fal asleep last night, to wake up this morning...and the pain is still there :(

I can barely sit since pain is worst when sitting...Its a weird burning pain in the sides & lower half of the body...Does anyone know what it is..? I have what the doctor said is IBS, But its been pretty mild for me, could this pain have anything to do with that?

Yes Kraggy, it could be IBS. This is how mine manifests itself and it can last for weeks...sometimes a little better, then bad again next day. It is very painful and mostly in lower abdomen. Hot water bag hugging sometimes helps.You should check with your Dr but it sounds like IBS.

Thank you, Mmac. The pain stopped luckely but is was a very anoying & scary 10ish hours of stomach ache :P
