Deja Vu?

Does anyone else get a sense of deja vu when they're feeling anxious or are having a pa? I seem to get it a lot when I'm not feeling so good, and don't get it at all when I'm feeling OK.

When it happens it can be disconcerting to say the least! Get a very strong sense that whatever i'm experiencing has happened before and then a strong feeling of dread that something horrible's going to happen soon.

Anyone else get this or know if it's a common symptom? Or it is just me?

No It's not just you, this can be a very common symptom of anxiety. I used to get it all the time, still do every so often. Also people sometimes think that someone has shouted their name but no one has. Try not to ponder on it to much and get on with what you were doing.
