Does anyone else wake up okish and then fatigue decends upon you out of nowhere or wake up feeling fatigued and then all of a sudden feel it lift?Is this normal to feel this way or if it was something serious would the fatigue be there all the time?

Hey there, for me that is normal, i get that alot, usually around 1-2pm my energy levels just drop and i feel sleepy. I think it is quite common with anxiety that you feel tired alot as you burn so much energy, especially when we are worried about something. xx

yes, it use to be really bad. It changes up a lot but it use to be worse after I woke and got better during the day. Sometimes it was worse at night if I was having an ok day.. It's not as bad now because I started running at the gym the time I felt tired everyday and now my body is use to being awake during that time.
