People's experience with meds, what works?

I am due to see my GP on Thursday. I have been suffering health anxiety for about 8 months now, up until now I haven't wanted to go down the medication route but things have been so bad the last few months that I feel I have no choice now.

I am interested to know which meds have really helped people and which ones haven't?

I know everyone is different but would like to be armed with a bit of information before I see my GP, I don't want to google it!!!

i think we are all different in what one works for us im still waiting to find one that does for me , i was on trazadone for quite long time and i know they work for many people but just didnt for me im sure your gp will give you advice on what will or wont work for you
