has/is anyone else in a situation where they have to do a lot of work and can't because they are too stressed / anxious, which causes it to pile up making symptoms worse and it's just a vicious cycle? i was wondering if anyone has any tips? since some important exams start in a week for me and i am already behind with a lot of work and i just don't know what to do. would appreciate any advice on any relaxation / time management tips etc! :)
