about 5 years ago during my finals at uni, i had a real tough time with stress (and then depression caused by stress).
over the years i have generally been okay, but have had the odd blip.im going through one of those again!!!
im 26 and still live at home. the idea of me moving out on my own is terrifying (although i do want to). i worry about living alone when i have my blips like this (in case youre wondering, its stress and all the negatives stress brings - ie crazy thoughts). my family have offered to help me afford to move out but i just worry that when i go mental (like i guess all of us on here do) i wont be able to cope.
anyone been through this/ going through it now?
