I dont normally suffer with health anxiety but ive got an ear problem at the minute thats literally doing my head in.
I was away for a few days for my birthday last week and on the wednesday i woke up and i felt like a pulse in my left ear twice then it went away so i forgot about it, then the next day the same thing, now ive got it every day but not all the time?. Its slightly worse now as i feel sometimes like im shivering inside a bit like a nerve on edge and i can sort of feel the sensation like vibrating in my ear...if that makes sense to anyone because i dont know how to describe it properly but it scares me a bit when its there only because i dont know whats causing it?
I do have a cold at the moment as well which doesnt help...hot/cold, slight runny nose, bunged up chest, sore neck, bit sickly etc but i just wondered if anyone else has got or had something similar.
