Hi everyone! I am a 38 year old mother of one and have suffered with anxiety for as long as I can remember. Had a really bad episode of anxiety/OCD symptoms/ health anxiety/depression following the birth of Sam in 2003 which was really traumatic. Have been on 10mg of Escitalopram ever since. I have a phobia of nausea and vomiting and clean obsessively when anxious. I am a control freak! My husband Gordon is fantastic and very supportive. Glad I am not the only one with these problems.
