newbie

hi all,

i'm d, 20 and I'm at uni at newcastle uni. for a while i've been feeling really down all the time, so much so that at times i don't leave the house for days. i've completely lost the will to socialise with friends or generally do anything. i get that i do just need to get some help, but i went to my doctor and he was totally useless and there doesn't really seem to be much available in newcastle.
anyway i'm really glad that i've found this website and i know that it is not just me that feels this way xx
